How it works
One session. Five steps. Sixty minutes.
Every session runs the same protocol — heat, deep work, stretch, movement, cold — applied to whatever is bothering you today. The steps do not get cut, reordered, or skipped.
The length of each phase is judged in the moment — based on what your body needs that day. 60 minutes total, spent where it matters most.
Step 01
Infrared preconditioning
The session starts under a full-spectrum 1300W infrared lamp. The heat penetrates 4–5 cm into tissue, warming muscles from the inside out and accelerating circulation. The key thing: tissue that has been tight for years cannot be worked deeply without preparation first. This is the step that makes the rest actually effective.
What you'll feel
You will feel your muscles soften before a finger touches you — it is the first time in weeks you have felt loose.
Why this way
Without heat, deep massage grinds on defended tissue. With heat, the tissue is ready to receive work.
Step 02
Therapeutic massage
The heart of the session. Targeted manual pressure through the affected muscle chain — not surface strokes, but work that actually reaches the muscles causing the problem. Breaks up adhesions, releases trigger points, restores tissue elasticity.
What you'll feel
This is the part that finds the knot you have been sleeping on for months. It can be intense. It never has to be unbearable — speak up and the pressure adjusts.
Why this way
This is where real change happens. It is not "nice" at full depth — but it is targeted and effective.
Step 03
Targeted stretching
Active assisted stretching through the tightest chain — hip flexors, hamstrings, pecs, whatever is most restricted on you. Done with resistance and relaxation, not by forcing through. With the tissue now pliable from the deep work, stretching actually holds.
What you'll feel
Like your body has exhaled.
Why this way
Stretching cold or defended tissue does not hold. After heat and deep work, it converts into lasting range.
Step 04
Joint mobilization
Once the muscles have released and lengthened, the joints can actually move through their full range. Gentle passive mobilization — the joint is taken through its range without force — restores mobility that postural habits have quietly stolen.
What you'll feel
Joints start to move in ways you had forgotten were possible. Often this is the "oh" moment of the session.
Why this way
Released and lengthened muscles need somewhere to work from. Mobilization gives them that space back.
Step 05
Targeted cryotherapy
The session ends with localized cold application over the areas we worked. Not whole-body cryo — a targeted cool-down that constricts the irritated capillaries, flushes metabolic waste, and calms the nervous system.
What you'll feel
You will leave feeling lighter — not drowsy like after a relaxation massage, but the kind of light that makes you want to walk home the long way.
Why this way
The step that sets this protocol apart. Without it, deep work often leaves heaviness the next day. With it, you leave light.
