By booking a session with MuscleTherapy.pro, you agree to these terms and conditions. Sessions are provided by John Lawrie, operating as MuscleTherapy.pro in Petrich, Bulgaria.

Booking & cancellation

Sessions can be booked via WhatsApp or email, and walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. For scheduled appointments, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Intake & assessment

Before your first session, a brief intake assessment is conducted to understand your situation and goals. Please provide accurate information about your physical condition and any relevant history.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your session. If in doubt, consult your doctor before booking.

Service disclaimer

Services provided by MuscleTherapy.pro are professional massage therapy services, not medical procedures. We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or claim to cure any illness. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or care.

Contraindications

Sessions may not be suitable if you have:

  • Fever or acute infection
  • Open wounds or skin conditions in the area
  • Recent fractures or severe injuries
  • Certain cardiovascular conditions

When in doubt, please consult your doctor first.

Payment

Payment is due after each session. We accept cash only. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated periodically.

Privacy

All personal and session information is kept confidential. We do not share your data with third parties. Data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

Liability

Sessions are provided at the client's own discretion and risk. MuscleTherapy.pro is not liable for any adverse effects that may occur. The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a session if deemed necessary.

Hygiene

Clients are expected to maintain personal hygiene. Please shower before your session when possible. Mobile phones should be silenced during sessions.

Right to refuse

MuscleTherapy.pro reserves the right to refuse service to any person without obligation to provide a reason.
